Heidy, our multi-talented CFO and Director of HR, has been a pivotal gear in the Whisper Homes machinery since April 2021. Balancing the scales of financial precision and human resource management, she flawlessly directs the fiscal symphony and ensures every member finds their beat in our harmonic team environment. Outside the world of budgets and spreadsheets, Heidy unwinds by embarking on trips, conjuring culinary delights for loved ones, and trekking through nature's splendid trails.

Since stepping into Whisper Homes in November 2022, Adrian has sculpted our properties from the ground up, manifesting the finest homes with a deft touch honed over years in Bay Area construction. Directing, organizing, and controlling projects from inception to culmination, his expertise ensures a seamless creation process. Off the clock, Adrian swaps construction sites for outdoor adventure and his favorite, motorcycling weekends, interspersed with cherished family visits.

Peter is a licensed General Contractor in both Nevada and California. His many years of
expertise in the construction industry have encompassed Industrial, Commercial, and
Hospitality, with an emphasis on Custom Residential developments. His Wife, 8
grandchildren, 2 Great Danes, and a herd of cats take up most of his free time. He does
find time to occasionally ride his motorcycle.

Andrés, our dual-hatted Project Coordinator and Landscape Architect, infuses Whisper Homes' ventures with his verdant visions since March 2022. His passion underpins our projects, ensuring they blossom into premium residential masterpieces. Outside of the office, Andrés perpetuates his love for nature by exploring its myriad faces, journeying to undiscovered locales, and diving into the depths of landscape architectural creativity.

Zoe, joining our family in January 2022, bridges the worlds of sales, real estate, and construction administration with finesse. Alongside Reggie, her four-legged sidekick, she navigates through construction liaising and owner representation with seamless efficacy. Zoe’s after-work hours are colored by embracing the outdoors, through hiking, gardening, or soaking up the summer sun by the lake, interspersed with yoga sessions, culinary adventures, and travel escapades.

Chris, with a formidable 25 years in the construction arena, orchestrates Whisper Homes' diverse projects in Napa with a masterful touch derived from his extensive resume, spanning commercial and residential ventures across California. His devotion to excellence and astute management has fortified his stance as a revered leader in the construction domain. Beyond the realms of structures and schematics, Chris unwinds amidst his projects, ensuring Whisper Homes' endeavors always resonate with architectural eloquence.

Maritza, our Office Administrator, orchestrates administrative symphonies with her meticulous attention to detail and adept team collaboration since her arrival in Carson City in November 2022. Beyond her unwavering dedication to her responsibilities, she embarks on adventures exploring her new surroundings, traversing new territories, and visiting her beloved family and friends back in the Bay Area, always seeking new stories to bring back to our Whisper Homes family.

Sonya has 20 years of administrative experience in construction, working on high-end
custom residential projects through cutting-edge biomedical facilities. She enjoys
fostering dogs, concerts, cooking, and new adventures in her free time.

Jonathan, a seasoned craftsman with two decades under his tool belt, intricately weaves his expertise into the fabric of Whisper Homes’ luxurious custom residences. His legacy, crafted through generations of builders, permeates through every project, embodying his commitment to unparalleled quality and scrupulous attention to detail. When the toolbox is set aside, Jonathan seeks adventure and tranquility alike in the great outdoors, with mountain biking and mountaineering amongst his preferred escapes.
